The mission of the Office of Grant and Contract Services (OGCS) is to serve, protect, and empower University faculty, staff and students in their pursuit of scholarly excellence through their research and creative activities, instructional programs, and public service projects; and to protect the integrity of the University by ensuring that these sponsored activities are conducted in accordance with University policies, sponsor requirements, and state and federal regulations.
