Awards, Grants, Internships, and Other Funding
Current Opportunities
Northern Arizona University is one of the fastest growing research universities in the United States. During the period, 1999–2005, new research awards to the university more than doubled, to $58 million per year. This money supports research throughout the university, as well as student research jobs. In addition, the university provides funding opportunities to support independent student research projects and opportunities for students to participate in full-scale research projects across campus and beyond. These experiences give students an advantage, adding practical knowledge to a theoretical foundation.
